Refund policy
Because our products are made through a print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be defective, damaged, or misprinted, and in the same condition that you received it. You may also be asked to provide photos of the issue along with your proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange request, please contact us through our contact page. If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
